Gentle Yoga Mondays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm Relax your body and quiet your mind using gentle physical movement, breathing exercises and meditation. Classes are designed to enhance well-being, increase flexibility and gradually build strength. Perfect for beginners or those with more experience who enjoy a slow paced practice. Melt away tension and stress at the end of your day. Regain a sense of peace.
